Custom Millwork is looking for a highly motivated individual with a strong work ethic and a desire to build a fulfilling and lasting career.
A machine operator is expected- To take ownership of the quality and quantity of wood moulding profiles produced- Willing to cross train into other areas of production.
Responsibilities- Set up heads and grind knives for manual moulder- Operate other types of woodworking machines, such as various saws, jointers, shapers, routers, sanders, planers, etc.
- Mechanical understanding- Have strong math skills.
- Ability to learn quickly and retain important processes, machine operation, and safety information.
- Be a critical thinker.
Ideal candidate is an experienced machine operator or someone with a strong mechanical background.
